How good does it feel once you’ve completed a workout? Naturally, because there's science behind why it makes us feel so good, but let me focus on the science and you on the feeling. 


The strength in my abilities as a coach is supported by my background in sports science, giving me a keen eye for analysing and working with sets of data to manipulate a program that is right for you. 


This combined with years of experience working with females across multiple age groups and with varying degrees of health concerns places me in a position of expertise.

My method is simple. Each new client begins with a standard consultation to help me access the level of experience, whether you’re a beginner in training or have been training for years, identify any injuries or health concerns and to drill down on what you’re hoping to achieve in the process. 

Obtaining this information is crucial to program design. But it’s only one piece of the puzzle. What really helps me turn your desired outcomes into tangible results is by analysing the data you provide me with. This is where we work together and dare I say it... some accountability! 


The more detailed you become in recording your daily routine (ie, sleep, food, water intake, exercise), the more accurate I can be in tailoring a program that will benefit you. 

I’m not the coach to make you run a mile without purpose, I’m not the coach to make you buy protein powder if you don’t need it, but I am the coach who will make recommendations based on the factual data you provide me with, giving you everything you need and nothing you don't. 


Working with you to understand your needs is just as important to me as the training itself. Your personalised program will be delivered through an interactive app, allowing you to jump on and view your material anytime, anywhere! 

I believe that we should strive for progress, not perfection, but if you must perfect something, let’s work to perfect your technique.

Fortunately I don’t believe in “quick fixes” and don’t come armed with a magic wand.

I do, however, believe in consistent effort with training that overtime produces some exceptional results.
